You agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination without refund of deposited funds where permitted by applicable regulations.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per method as displayed at the point of transaction.
All deposit transactions must originate from a payment account or method registered in the Member's own name. The primary account currency on nbig33 is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made in alternative currencies will be converted to MYR at the applicable exchange rate at the time of transaction. nbig33 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees charged by third-party payment providers.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by nbig33 are subject to the specific terms stated in the applicable promotion page, as well as these General Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and a General Term, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., "20x") applied to the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or the combined deposit and bonus amount as specified per promotion. You must complete the stated wagering requirement before requesting withdrawal of any amount derived from bonus play.

Where nbig33 issues free credit or no-deposit bonus offers, such offers are strictly subject to the maximum withdrawal limits and wagering requirements specified in the promotion. Winnings derived from free credit may be subject to a maximum cashout cap. Attempts to withdraw amounts exceeding the stated cap will result in the excess being removed from the withdrawal amount.
The rules governing each specific game available on the nbig33 platform are detailed within the game interface and/or on the relevant game provider's published rules documentation. These game-specific rules are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any discrepancy between a displayed game result and the result recorded in nbig33's transaction logs, the server-side log shall be considered the authoritative record.
In the event of a software malfunction, hardware failure, network disruption, or any other technical error that affects the outcome or integrity of a game round, nbig33 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager amount to the Member's account. A malfunction voids all pays and plays affected by the malfunction. nbig33 will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from such a malfunction beyond the refund of the original wager.
Sports betting on the nbig33 platform is subject to the sportsbook rules published on the Sportsbook page, including settlement rules for postponed events, abandoned matches, and void markets. nbig33 follows industry-standard sportsbook settlement procedures. In the event of ambiguity, nbig33's decision on settlement of any bet shall be final and binding.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nbig33 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and/or referral to relevant authorities:
Fraud and Money Laundering: nbig33 is required to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities under applicable anti-money laundering legislation. Suspicious activity monitoring is conducted on all accounts. Any funds identified as proceeds of fraudulent or criminal activity will be frozen and reported to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the Member.
All content on the nbig33 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game content, software, and the compilation and arrangement of all such material — is the property of nbig33 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any part of the nbig33 platform without the express prior written consent of nbig33.
nbig33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. nbig33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure by either party, any real-money balance in your wallet that is not subject to forfeiture under these Terms will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to applicable withdrawal minimums and processing times. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus play that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
Members may close their account at any time by contacting nbig33 support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within three (3) business days.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which nbig33 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be submitted to nbig33's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes within thirty (30) days, it may be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority under which nbig33 operates. nbig33 will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation or mediation process.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
